About the project

Hello everyone, we are a team of international and Erasmus students from FAME, Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The reasons why we choose organizing the Living Library project are:

• We believe in the power of stories to bring people together and create understanding. Through this Human Library, we have the opportunity to encourage empathy, break prejudices, and create a space where every story is heard and valued.

• Sharing our experiences and culture allows us not only to learn about different realities but also to discover the things that connect us in one way or another. By "reading" each other like books, we open the door to meaningful conversations that strengthen understanding, respect, and mutual comprehension.

• It is a chance to build a stronger community through meaningful conversations and shared learning.
